Accurate Employee’s Refund Policy
Either party, Accurate Employees or the client can terminate the contract by giving 48 Hours’ written notice to the other party.
- Refund is only applicable Pro services i.e. long-term services. There is no refund policy for Basic and Advanced subscription plans.
- If for any reason you decide not to continue with Accurate Employees services after paying for services but the service is yet to start.
- If you would like Accurate Employees to provide a longer notice period for the termination of the contract, we can accommodate such a request provided you (the client) also agree to provide a notice period of equal duration.
- If you find the employee’s performance not up to your expectations or wholly inadequate, we may offer you a complete or partial refund.
- In partial refund we will charge on a pro-rata basis for the days he/ she worked. We will then refund you any outstanding amount.
- If you agree, we can replace the employee you are dissatisfied with and use any outstanding money as credit for the next employee.
- In such cases you are supposed to communicate to us at the earliest possible time (preferably within the first week of employment).
- If your employee has worked for you for a reasonable period of time and we have not received any communication of dissatisfaction from you, Accurate Employees cannot call into question the ability of the employee or implement the above
